Our communications feature enables a stress-free end of auction. When your Silent Auction ends, all participants who have won an item will be directly sent an automatic notification congratulating them on their winning bid and directing them to pay their invoice.

But what about participants who haven’t won any final bids? 

With our ‘Promo-Item’ feature, you can select which Donations item you’d like to promote and include a link directly to your selected item in the messages that are sent out to unsuccessful participants. The message will thank them for their support, and will suggest further supporting your campaign by following the link and making a donation. You can customise the text if you’d prefer to write your own message, and the notification can be sent via SMS or email.

4. Pledge Drive
