While we all agree that the majority of guests at a fundraising event will be in possession of a smart phone there will always be a handful that are not. But to maximise the funds raised we need to be sure that everyone can easily participate in the silent auction.

It's quick and easy to set up. Simply create a volunteer login in the Content Management System then go to your auction on the browser on any tablet or even phone. Login using the volunteer login and your device is set for your volunteer to use.

The first benefit is that your silent auction volunteers can quickly register guests to the auction during pre-dinner drinks. Guests simply give the volunteer their name and phone number and the system then sends the guest their registration link to their phone.  

The volunteer login also gives volunteers a full list of everyone registered to that auction so they can quickly select the bidder's name and place the desired bid on the iPad.

So essentially you can service more guests with less volunteers and less iPads.
