The GalaBid online bidding platform is brilliant. I highly recommend it. We raised record funds at our Gala event on the weekend. We had raised over $40,000 in our silent auction before the event even started. The platform is user-friendly, for setup and for the users. Galabid staff are supportive in the lead-up, during the event, and post-event. This platform has been a game changer for our fundraisers. Totally worth the investment, you won’t regret it.
My health service, South West Healthcare, has just finished a fundraising raffle with GalaBid. Working with Angela and Andrew was terrific. They were so helpful, supportive, professional and knowledgeable and we plan to again work with them later this year. We've also rolled out an online raffle with GalaBid. The auction exceeded my highest expectations and more than doubled last year's take. We can’t speak highly enough of our auction manager's efforts, charm and professionalism. In my dealing with him up to the event he was terrific with great update speeds and made it clear that nothing was too much trouble. For the second year, we’ve used Galabid for our fundraising auction. Super easy to learn and use, with fantastic technical backup from Cathy. It made our auction professional, easy to manage, and easy for our guests to participate. Leaderboards and ‘outbid text’ notifications ensure you keep your audience engaged and assists in maximizing bids. We could not have been more impressed by the platform Galabid gave us to raise money for work with the victims of the Ukrainian conflict. We were able to run a week-long auction of nearly 100 donated artworks and also a month-long sale at fixed price of over 250 pictures and sculptures. We have raised over £150,000 for the charities involved. The whole process was pretty straightforward for us as volunteer administrators, and for our purchasers and donors. Dee Brannick and her team could not have been more helpful. We have experience of several on-line fundraising and auction sites – we will never look past Galabid.com again, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a cost-effective, professional and slick event partner.
