The new Galabid platform is a marked improvement on the previous platform - very easy to use and if one was unsure on the set-up, the staff are very responsive in troubleshooting or helping to upload. The tutorials are also very clear and easy to understand. Reporting is even easier. The team here at St Edmund’s are now completely skilled and have absolute confidence in using the platform – this was put to the test this year having to move from a face to face event to an all-online event due to COVID-19
Variety – the Children’s Charity is one of GalaBids oldest clients and has been using this platform for various fundraising events since 2012. Throughout the years the system has always been easy for staff and event guests to use and has helped generate Variety over $500,000 from the silent auction functionality.
We were very happy with the technology and services provided by Galabid. For the second year, we’ve used Galabid for our fundraising auction. Super easy to learn and use, with fantastic technical backup from Cathy. It made our auction professional, easy to manage, and easy for our guests to participate. Leaderboards and ‘outbid text’ notifications ensure you keep your audience engaged and assists in maximizing bids. Getting payments at the end of the event was so easy and the reporting is excellent – helpful for the next year’s event planning too. Highly recommend Galabid for fundraising events.
