Finally Its Here Electronic Raffles

Finally it's here! An easy way to streamline your event raffles! Clients have been asking us for this for some time and GalaBid is pleased to announce the BETA release of our Electronic Raffle offering.

Slipping neatly in to your silent auction and donation campaign the electronic raffle allows event guests to purchase raffle tickets prior to and during your live event - straight from their mobile phones! Tickets numbers are then sent to them via text. Volunteers can also buy tickets on your guests' behalf using our 'personal shopper' mode, taking cash or card payments.

And when it comes to the draw itself, your guests can enjoy the theatre of the random number generator drawing the winning ticket numbers and names in real time on the big screen.

Not only does this massively simplify the manual process involved in running a raffle but it also allows you to reach a much wider audience as it allows tickets to be sold tickets prior to your fundraising event and also to supporters who can't attend.
