Exciting new features to make your next fundraising event oh-so easy!

The GalaBid team has added some exciting new features and services for our Non-Profit clients in 2016. Here's a quick snapshot...

1. New Event Ticketing and Registration Service

Wouldn't it be amazing if you could run your whole event ticketing and fundraising incentives through one easy to work with provider? Well as of February 2016 you can!

GalaBid's latest innovation will provide a sleek and easy-to-use event ticketing and registration platform that can automatically link in to your auctions, raffle tickets and donations, as well as processing all payment. A great benefit from using this feature is that all registered attendees can then automatically be registered for your GalaBid silent auction and can start bidding, donating and buying raffle tickets ahead of the event!

You as the event organiser will have access to a Content Management System to view and pull information and pull reports on all attendee selections, requirements and tickets sold. You can also add in additional information and sales at any point from the CMS.

We will also provide you with a customisable event website that allows you to link in your ticket sales, electronic auction, donations, raffle tickets and sponsors and other event info all on the one page.

2. New customisable event websites

Launching in February 2016 - GalaBid is excited to introduce our new customisable websites where event organisers can include everything from ticket sales and registration to their electronic auction catalogue, raffle ticketing and donations. Not forgetting important information about your event such as the key sponsors, menu options and an itinerary for the event. This can all be completely customised to mirror the look and feel of your own organisation or event marketing so the event site is simply a natural extension of your existing brand.

3. A more varied and flexible auction items on consignment service

The GalaBid team are working hard on making sure we continue to offer a wide selection of auction prizes for your next event. Some exciting new experiences are coming soon and we've also made our packages even more flexible for our clients, including a more varied list of deluxe getaways instead of just the villa packages we offered last year.

The GalaBid electronic silent auction, donations, raffle tickets and event ticketing services are all available either complimentorary or at a special discounted rate for our fundraising clients also utilising this service. Get in touch to find out more.
