In March 2026, Givergy and Tatango combined to form momoGood, backed by Edison Partners and Vocap Partners. One World subsequently announced its acquisition of Givergy’s Australian operations, taking responsibility for local servicing and support while Givergy and momoGood continue providing the technology.
Acquisitions can bring investment and new capabilities. They also give fundraisers a reason to review who provides their service, what their agreement covers and where their product fits within the new business.
Givergy says its platform continues operating and remains actively developed within momoGood. A change of ownership alone is not a reason to switch; the practical question is whether the platform and service still meet your needs.
GalaBid remains founder-led and independently funded
GalaBid has taken a different path. We remain bootstrapped: we have built the business without external investor funding, and our founders remain involved in its direction and development.
